The goal of making a “Super Paso” style wine that could show off the power of Split Rock Ranch’s Cabernet while rounding it out with PV, Syrah, or PS depending on the vintage has always been a goal for Grant and Shaya of William Robert Wines. For this particular vintage, the expression of the Cabernet integrated beautifully with the structure and acid of the PV and Syrah to complete the 2019 Cuveé.
