2019 ESTATE CUVÉE

The Estate Cuvee is a blend that best represents the lands terroir each year. For 2019 the harmonious compilation of more than half Cabernet Sauvignon, a good amount of Petit Verdot and a touch of Syrah bring together the warmth and nuances of this site. This wine initially shows white peppers and classic Cabernet herbs, but the Syrah and Petit Sirah back that up with layered Plum, blackberry, and dark chocolate. Fine grained and resolved tannins carry these chocolate flavors through the pallet of the wine. This year's blend has a nice light acid to lift all the berry flavors and an overall plush presence.
