This is the second Cabernet release for William Roberts. The fruit came entirely off the north facing slope of Block 3 on the Split Rock Ranch property. The wine produced shows many layers of aromas and flavors tied together with refined tannins from new French oak. It’s the perfect mouthful of raspberry, baking spices, sage, and tobacco.
