The Kirkpatrick family and close friends hand pick the Petit Sirah block on their vineyard each year. It's the last block to be picked and a big celebration for them all as they bid farewell to the seasons final fruit. It holds a special place in their hearts and is often the favorite of the years line up.
Our “big ink,” the Petite Sirah was our wild hair when we planted it in 2009. But this varietal is thriving in West Paso and WRW Petite Syrah is no exception—an exciting reflection of the rugged location of our carefully farmed, low-yield vineyard.
