Harvested from Blocks 3 and 4 of the north-facing slope of Spilt Rock Ranch, the perfect 2021 growing season imparted our estate Cabernet Sauvignon with a generous tannic structure. Our fruit was able to reach a perfect ripening point that gave it both the rich, cassis-driven flavors you expect from a classic Cabernet and the long-lasting, refined tannins you look for from a classic, age-worthy Bordeaux-style wine.
