2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

Split Rock Ranch, Paso Robles

In years where there is enough yield to ferment them separately, we love to split apart the Cabernet from Blocks 3 and 4 at Split Rock in order to see how those individual plantings develop. 

And in 2020, we were certainly glad that we did because it allowed us to see and taste the extra rich cassis and graphite character that shows on this 100% Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon.  The French oak adds some extra tasty notes of vanilla and crème brulee to the finish.
