A beautiful take on a west side Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has sweet aromas of fresh and ripe red fruits. It is loaded with cherries, cranberries, and dragon fruit. The acid carries these flavors on the entry of the wine, but richer vanillas and dusty cacao unfold through the finish. Its hefty but approachable medium-grained tannins tie together the bright reds and rich sweetness of this Cabernet.
